Achilleus Security – VIP Hospitality Promotion

How to enter the Promotion?

Entrants must fill out the form at https://achilleus-security.co.uk/win-qpr/ to its entirety and confirm
submission to be entered.
Upon the entrant submitting their details, the entrant agrees to all terms and conditions regarding the Promotion.

The closing date for entering this promotion is 23:59pm on 31st March 2026.

What are the prizes?

Each winner’s designated fixture will be selected by Achilleus Security as a whole.

By selecting Queens Park Rangers FC on the entry form, each entry will have a chance to win the below
listed prize(s):

• Two (2) VIP Hospitality Tickets to W12 Lounge to a 2025/26 Queens Park Rangers Football
  Club Championship fixture.
  Fixture to be played at MATRADE Loftus Road, London (W12 7PJ)

Who can enter?
The Promotion is open to UK residents, aged eighteen (18) years or over.
Proof of identity and age will be required.
Employees of Achilleus Security (the “Promoter”), or any company within the same group of
companies as the Promoter, their agents, or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion
and their immediate families are not allowed to enter.

What is the closing date?

All entries must be completed by 23:59pm on 31st March 2026. Entries after this time
will not be considered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not submitted in
accordance with these terms and conditions.

How will the winner be chosen?

All eligible entries will be pooled together and the winners will be selected at random.

How will the winner be notified?

Each winner will be notified via the email address entered on the form upon submission.

In an event where the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be
forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the stated selection process.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve
selected at the same time as the original prize draw.

The hospitality ticketing prize will be sent by email where applicable (prize dependent).
Post Promotion Publicity

Each winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion
with no further recompense.
Substitution of Prize

Substitution or transfer of the prize(s) by the winner are not permitted and no cash alternative is
offered.

The Promoter shall either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award
took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of
major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails
info@achilleus-security.co.uk or writes to Achilleus Security, The Pixel Business Centre, 110
Brooker Rd, Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 1JH (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one
month after the closing date stated above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and
winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at Achilleus
Security, The Pixel Business Centre, 110 Brooker Rd, Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 1JH. In such
circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and the winning entry to the
Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Brand Protection

Each winner must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring
the Promoter or any of the Associates into disrepute before, during or after this Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where it
becomes necessary to do so.

The Promoter has the right to refuse the award the Prize to anyone whom it reasonably believes
has broken any of these rules.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and this Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to
this Promotion wishes to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the
United Kingdom
