Our SIA Door Supervisor Team is the lifeblood of our company and a vital part of any event or venue’s Security, Safety, and Customer Service Team. So, this position is only open to the right candidates, that have an enthusiasm and a desire to work, and those that can meet the company’s strict recruitment criteria.

Our team members can also enjoy working at both inside and outdoor events and venues, throughout the Greater London Area and the Home Counties areas if they choose.

SIA Licensed Door Supervisors Will Receive

Good hourly rates of pay starting from:

For team members that do not hold a Level 2 or Level 3 in Spectator Safety

• Event / Football Security – In Training with SIA DS Licence £13.80 – £13.95 per hour
• For Suitable Candidates In Training, There are SIA Response Team Positions £14.29 – £15.63 per hour

For team members that do hold an NVQ or equivalent Level 2 or Level 3 in Spectator Safety

• Event / Football Security – In Training with SIA DS Licence From £14.40 per hour
• For Suitable Candidates, there are SIA Response Team Positions From  £15.02 – £17.20 per hour

All rates are inclusive of holiday pay

• Monthly Pay with Wagestream meaning up to 50% of wages can be drawn down within days of working

What are the qualifications APPLICANTS FOR THIS POSITION OF SIA DOOR SUPERVISORS MUST BE:

• Over 18 Years of age
• Hold a Valid SIA Door Supervisor License
• Have a good command of the English Language, both written and verbal
• Hold a Level 2 or 3 Spectator Safety Qualification or Equivalent or be prepared to be working towards this qualification.
• Willing to work as part of a growing team.
• Prepared to develop their skills for the role via Continued Professional Development with our support

We pay above National Minimum Wage Rates, and pay rates are dependent on position, qualification, venue, and role, and 100% of the assignments offer a 5-hour minimum pay (call time). All our team members are employed on a PAYE Tax basis, and sadly due to HMRC Guidelines we do not except those that are Self Employed even with UTR number.

What the role involves

This role will see you as responsible within a for the safety and security of employees and customers at events and venues that we work at.

You will be interacting with the public and employees within the events spaces and locations, along with communicating and directing customers, the public and guests, along with general crowd control / monitoring. You are also responsible for ensuring event / stadium policies, rules and safety procedures are adhered to.

REGULAR TASKS & DUTIES INCLUDE:

• General Customer Services.
• Monitoring access and egress points.
• Providing Information and direction.
• Ensuring crowd safety plans and procedures are adhered to.
• Reporting any suspicious behaviour.
• Monitoring Crowds for distress, overcrowding and disorder.
• Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, and queries.
• Egress control – Observing safe egress from areas, including emergency evacuation.
• Reporting and recording details of accidents, irregularities, near misses, or incidents.
• Responding to accidents, incidents as directed.
• Maintaining safe working environments, and health and safety management.
